I'm Kristen De Lay, an operations and strategy consultant with deep experience inside marketing organizations, agencies, and service-based businesses. I’ve spent over two decades working inside marketing organizations — leading digital strategy, evaluating performance, and partnering closely with teams responsible for execution. That experience is what allows me to assess whether marketing is actually working, where signal is being lost, and how systems and process need to change to support better outcomes.
